Sales Mgt. Catapult

The Sales Management Catapult workshop is intensive, highly interactive, and focused on developing the ability of Sales Managers to staff, train, and manage to catapult the results of a sales team in the imaging systems environment. The workshop will not be just lecture, but also discussion, application exercises, skill practices, and most importantly, integrated action planning.

A Sales Management 360° Survey, conducted before the workshop, helps the Manager understand how he or she is managing, how he or she is perceived by his or her supervisor, and how he or she is perceived by those he or she manages. Most importantly, it will enable the Manager to discover ways to drastically improve his or her management effectiveness. The Sales Manager will leave with an Action Plan to Catapult the team’s performance in 2013 and beyond.

LOCATION: Beautiful Historic Charleston, SC      

The workshop will include approximately 21 classroom  hours (plus breaks and lunch) and a 2 hour evening assignment each day, for a total of 25 hours. This will allow for two full evenings of work to absorb the material and develop a well thought out and detailed Action Plan that can be reviewed to ensure quality and easy implementation.
