Xerox, Wayne Outlaw held the record for the quickest promotion to
Branch Marketing Manager. As a Sales Manager, he took a last place
sales team (78th) to 1st in just one month with the same staff.
Outlaw developed the benchmark sales strategy used worldwide by
Xerox to beat lower-priced competition.
Wayne
Outlaw is certified by The National Speakers Association
as a Professional Speaker (CSP) and as a Management
Consultant (CMC) by The Institute of Management Consultants.
Outlaw is one of less than 15 individuals to be certified by both
organizations. He is a consultant with great presentation and a
speaker with great content and depth. Outlaw has been acknowledged
by The Wall Street Journal as a "staffing expert"
and is quoted by publications such as Fast Company,
Nation's Business and Business Week.
Outlaw
graduated from The Citadel, served as a captain in the infantry,
and spent 13 years with Xerox. He founded his own executive search
firm in 1984 and is recognized as a dynamic speaker and consultant
who produces results.
Outlaw
has published more than 200 articles on sales, management and customer
service. He has audio learning systems on hiring, management, and
service, and publishes The OUTLAW Report, a bimonthly
newsletter. He is the author of SMART STAFFING: How To Hire,
Reward and Keep Top Employees for Your Growing Company by
the Upstart Division of Dearborn Financial Publishing. Smart Staffing
has recently been published in the People's Republic of China.
Wayne
also serves on the board of advisors for OntimeTraining.com, an
online learning company. Wayne is their subject matter expert on
hiring and retention of employees.
