ORGANIZATIONAL SURVEYS are used to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses and to clearly identify situations and problems. The surveys range from Employee Attitudes to Training Needs Assessment, and include analysis, observations and recommendations for improvement. Organizational Surveys pinpoint specific areas of need, allow the identification of ways to improve and, most importantly, measure progress in key result areas that produces greater profits.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT identifies effectiveness at all levels. Assessments follow the Business Development Process and develop ways to improve or maximize results. Typical areas examined are prospecting, territory assignment, activity levels, success rates, sales management techniques, staffing, compensation, advertising, promotions, public relations, literature, and positioning by the company to generate interest of potential customers. The assessment is a detailed outside look at a company’s most important process and it brings innovative “best practices” from other industries and develops an improvement plan. The in-depth look identifies overlooked opportunities and unforeseen obstacles that are inhibiting performance.

STRATEGIC STAFFING SYSTEMS assist organizations in obtaining the necessary Human Capital to create the success of the organization. Our propriety, Outlaw Strategic Staffing System, is adapted to each industry and customized to the company. It begins with an assessment of current hiring and retention to measure what works and to use it as a foundation to build on to create a more effective staffing system. Each system is customized to fit the specific industry and company with the detail and depth needed to ensure the organization is staffed with Peak Performers.

The system assesses Peak Performers to identify the attributes that create performance, and designs Benchmarks for each position to identify the real, or invisible, attributes required for success; not just education or prior experience. The first step is to develop a clear understanding of current skills, activity levels, practices, approaches and Management techniques through an assessment of the organization. Next, a Benchmark of the actions, activities, and skills required to ensure success are developed; along with the attributes of Peak Performers. The gap between performance potential and the actual performance is defined.
