The Process:

  • CEO/Stakeholder meeting to help define the needed changes or desired objectives. 
  • Assessment of the Organization, which includes: Organizational Analysis, 360º Interviews, Individual Assessments, Organizational Surveys, Functional Audits
  • Performance Action Plan is developed based on the findings of the analysis, interviews, surveys, audits and assessments
  • Implementation- We provide three levels of assistance: Self-Implementation, Coaching, and Performance Development.
  • Resources: These include consulting, executive coaching, self-paced skill development that includes: live video workshops, public workshops and/or in-house customized workshops
  • Progress Evaluation: Based on the level of implementation chosen, we meet with the client periodically to monitor progress, measure results and identify needed corrections to the plan or its implementation.
